Close Capture Ventilation

For extreme environments where reduced ventilation volumes are needed to reduce heating and emission requirements while still maintaining control of the acid emissions from EW operations, the Desom Close Capture System provides an acceptable alternate to the Cross Flow Design. Although more costly, the Close Capture Ventilation System provides reduced air volumes thereby reducing the costs associated both with the heating of the plant supply air as well as the cleaning of the ventilation exhaust air. Close capture is ideally suited for retrofitting mechanical ventilation into older infrastructure due to the compact nature of the offgas system.
